the location was amazing. Right in the Hot Springs state park. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel has it's own natural hot springs outdoor spa, which was so lovely and relaxing. Made my skin so soft. A hot breakfast, consisting of sausages, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy were available, including cereals, yogurts fruit and bread got toast. The whole hotel had a great atmosphere and we felt very safe. The hot springs were walkable across the park, as well as a natural hot springs swimming pool. All in all, this was our favourite hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in, during our 16 day holiday and we would highly recommend

Debbie

This property is exceptionally situated just beyond the Wind River Canyon - spectacular scenery! Unfortunately, the weather was not great, and we got there pretty wet and cold. The staff could not be more accommodating and were very helpful and gracious. The kitchen and bar staff was phenomenal - we had excellent food and service. The rooms for dated; however, the bed was very cozy and comfortable. Hopefully next time we will stay longer to enjoy your location at a more leisurely pace.

Mary

The hot spring right there in the court-yard and plenty of towels. you could go from your room and in 60 seconds be ready to step up and into the hot soaking pool at the hotel. wear crocs or sandals. The bed was super soft with plenty of pillows. there was a frig. and microwave in the room. It truly had a separate freezer at the top of the frig. the shower and bathroom were working and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Sarah

The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. The Safari Club had amazing food and large portions for a terrific price. Our room was really hot to begin with, but finally cooled down after 3 hours of the A/C at a low temp. The beds were comfortable and we loved that they had connecting rooms for our family of 7. We would stay again. The hunting trophies and picture decor was fun to look at.

Melissa

The Front Desk Attendant Rhiannon was so kind and helpful in helping us with checking in and was able to get our room on the first level which was very appreciated! She does a wonderful job and we appreciated her! The breakfast was good and everything was stocked and ready for a busy morning. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a day of travel. The beds were comfortable.
